Investigación del 2026-10-30, solo con fuentes oficiales (web del municipio y documentos
que publica). Municode bloqueó los accesos automáticos: el texto de código sale de los
documentos de cada ciudad que lo citan. **Antes de publicar, abrir a mano en Municode las
secciones citadas.**
